THE COMPANY

TEKHNE is a project management services company founded in 1998. The excellence of its human and technical resources allows the Company to extend its activities to a variety of sectors: education, industry, SMBs, retail, research, high tech, healthcare, sports, tourism and housing. The Company operates in the areas of design, development and construction of real-estate investment projects on behalf of third parties. It benefits from a pool of internal and external resources to meet the project’s requirements. TEKHNE SA delivers value with each project awarded by the Client.
We intervene at each project phase but ideally from the very beginning, i.e. when critical decisions to be made have the greatest impact on the project and investment. We consider our Clients as our partners and strive to help them reach their objectives.
TEKHNE’s principals and staff boast many years of experience in managing complex projects in Switzerland and abroad. We rely on ultramodern and effective project management resources and on effective tools to manage, perform and deliver.

THE PRINCIPALS

Jean-Daniel BEUCHAT, 1960, Architect EPF-SIA. Particularly active in the areas of law and in piloting urban projects and competitions. Concept development, design, project management and implementation of complex projects in Switzerland and abroad.

Eric BAENI, 1962, Architect EPF-SIA. Concept development of major tourist facilities abroad. Planning and implementation of major hospital projects in Switzerland. In addition to general management, his expertise comprises cost management and multidisciplinary team management.

Patrick DITESHEIM, 1946, Civil engineer ETS. Has assumed the direction of the activities of important companies in French-speaking Switzerland. He is specialized in the deputy control of work for complex projects for which he assumed the responsibility in Switzerland and abroad.
